Who We Are

A trailer, a smoker, and a whole lot of central Illinois miles.

Big Moe's Meats and More is a food truck and catering outfit built around low-and-slow barbecue. We smoke our brisket and chicken for hours, hand-cut our pork tenderloins, and run daily specials depending on what's fresh and what we're craving. Some days you'll find us on a street corner, other days we're feeding a wedding, a company picnic, or a family reunion.

Catering for the Whole Spread

Weddings, reunions, company parties, graduations — if you're feeding a crowd, we'll bring the smoker's worth of food to you. Trays of brisket, chicken, sides, and all the fixings, set up buffet-style so your guests just walk through and load up.

We're more than just BBQ. Ask us about brunch spreads, breakfast buffets, and other menus built around your event. Through our vendor relationships we also help coordinate specialty coffee bars, event decor, and planning — so the whole event comes together, not just the food.

Every event is different, so we build the menu and headcount around what you need. Call and we'll talk through dates, servings, and what's fresh that time of year.
